I've used these refills with my pilot Frixion pen bodies and they work perfectly! Sometimes the ink gets clogged (as it does with almost all affordable pens) but all of the refills are fresh and work. I use them on my reusable rocketbook notebook and the ink wipes clean off the pages with water. The packaging they sent it to me in seemed a little shady - it was resealed with camo duck tape - but the product itself is flawless.
