I use them at work,really good pens***UPDATE: I returned these to get a replacement, based on my review below, and the new package came in. I was complaining to my mother about how they were broken in the same way. she picked one up and quickly showed me they were not broken at all. In order to get the retractable pen back inside, you just click the 'clip' part. I've been using pens my entire life and have never used one like this, but maybe I'm just the idiot. If anyone else was confused by this it's probably something that should be mentioned in bold, with the description.**everything came as expected however not one, but each of the pens gets stuck once you click the top to open it. In order to get the pendant of retreat back in, you have to jam it against something. I will be returning. hopefully this is just a defective batch and I can get pens that workLove the way it looks and rightsI bought them for support , however the pen style didn't work for me, it kept braking easilyThis is a great looking pink pen. Quality in writing is not smooth. It feels as though the ink is running out with some of the pens. After writing the ink flows better. I like that there is a press button but to retract the point back you have to press the side of the pen. Wht make it more difficult.
