I bought these for my sister in law for her birthday as she suffers from Parkinsons . They are steady when held from the base, and would have given five stars, except they do not come with refills.Hard to hold, cheap pen that can't be replaced or removed.We wanted it to steady the drawing hand of a guy with occasional tremors but the pen won’t come out. It’s a seriously cheap pen at that. Then the seller wouldn’t take a return. As you can see it’s in immaculate condition. Very disappointed.I really appreciate the balance this pen gives me to help me writeThe pen is not able to be removed from the holder, which is not clear in the listing. The pen is cheap and does not work well. It would be better if it was adjustable so that any writing instrument would work with it. I am an artist with both arthritis and essential tremors and was looking forward to drawing with it. I got it as a gift from my wife.
