Been using these pens for years finally started buying in bulk. They are great pens but, they do empty quickly. Purchased a box of 12 for an amazing price. Tried each pen and they all work. Though one has a plunger that sticks. It does work once you get the pen tip to poke out. My only complaint would be the way they were shipped. Packaging did not protect the box of pens. It was crushed and pens all fell out into the shipping envelope. Seriously, don't know how they all survived. Overall, very satisfied with purchase and will reorder when I run out!Seriously, buy these pens. Don't share them with co-workers, they steal them. Bold lines, smooth like butter and doesn't smudge. One of the b st I've ever used!As always amazing ?Best ballpoint pens I’ve ever tried bar none.These pens write smooth although they bleed a little but I just clean the tip and keep writing. Once you’ve written with one of these pens, you’ll understand what I mean.This is the only bold point pen I have found d that I like. My faveI bought a pack from a drug store for my son and I needed a pen. He gave me one and that was it I was sold. I gave one to my bf and he said it’s his fav pen. I bought a box of it for him lol. Smoothest pen ever!!!I love the pens! They are made out of good quality material, last awhile, smooth to write with.Also other people in my office like these pens as well and steal them from me! I put my name on them so that wont' happen anymore!I Love the BIC VELOCITY 1.6 black pens normally. When I buy them from Staples, or another brick and mortar store, I get what I am paying for. A good pen, with virtually unskippable ink, and they last a long time. However, this is at least the third or fourth time that I have ordered these pens from Amazon, and they are not what one would expect. Right out of the package, this last batch skips and are dead in a day. Previous packages lasted a bit longer than a week. I should have complained previously, but I figured it MUST be a one off surely? It is not. The last order I just received, ir the worst of them all. Very disapointed.My favorite pen.I have a big hand and, unlike most others, these are comfortable as they are substantial.I am very fond of the bold ink results when writing: really has a visual impact. I find it also smoothes out the edges of my letters and numbers.The clip is the weakest link, and the holdback on one star. Never has a clip survived the entire use of the pen. In fairness, I am tough on the clip. (No clips were intentionally injured in the production of this review)I don’t know what was wrong with these pens but they are all falling apart. Two in one day fell apart at work and one at home. Although these are my usual brand of pen, they are not built the same as when purchased from my local office supply store.Update: Now, five pens have just fallen apart. Literally took one out of my pocket and spring, plastic bits all over. Terrible pens.On this order, I ordered 3 packs of 36 pens, ALL OLD Packaging and I have used about 14 already, as I use pens for art alot. And in every 4th pen is dried up, doesnt run smoothly.DONT advertised 'new look' new pens when Amazon sends old pens that are dried up inside. I have already sent one order back of 2 packs of 36 pens because they where old pens.. then they did it again.If this happens again on my next order, because i order alot of pens. I will return them and go to office works to find a new pen to use.Customers be aware of this problem of old pens being sent that are dried up and DO NOT run smoothly. I use premium velluim paper so their is no excuse for the pen.I gave these pens a good rating on both "comfort" and "easy to hold", because they are, in fact, both. However the main purpose one buys a pen is because they need it to write; and these are among the worst in the game at that.Two of the three pens I received in the package left blobs of ink behind them as they wrote, mixed with faded lines. Not only does this look bad, but the inky blobs stained my desk when I turned the notebook over. For the most part this came out with rubbing alcohol, but no one should be worried their clothes or furniture will be destroyed because their pens blob ink all over the place. Because of this, they also ran out of ink quickly; I would estimate about twice as fast as the third pen I received in the package that did not do this.
